We clean office and business premises daily, several times a week or a month according to the wishes of the clients.
Cleaning of office and business premises includes the following actions upon the arrival of our employee:
- dusting furniture
- vacuuming of upholstered furniture
- vacuuming of all floors made with carpets, rugs, parquet, laminate or ceramics
- wiping and washing floor surfaces (marble, ceramic, parquet, laminate)
- erasing windowsills
- wiping doors, door frames, wooden walls and stair handrails (1 x per week)
- erasing wall pictures, sockets and switches (1 x per week)
- watering ornamental plants (1x per week)
- emptying trash cans
- replacement of garbage bags and relation to containers
- garbage disposal with prior sorting and stacking
- washing, cleaning and disinfection of sanitary facilities with adequate means
- washing and cleaning of mirrors and devices for hygienic material
- washing and cleaning PVC pads for chairs and floors under the pads
- washing glass surfaces of interior and entrance doors
- cleaning of external entrance stone surfaces (plateaus) and stairs
- sanitary paper setup
- emptying free-standing ashtrays
- cleaning and disinfection of the kitchenette
- placing the dishes in the dishwasher, removing the dishes after washing, and placing the appropriate cabinets for that
- wiping all external surfaces of the kitchenette
- wiping the internal and external surfaces of the microwave oven
- refrigerator cleaning (2 x a year)
- window washing (if necessary)
We also provide the client with additional services such as periodic cleanings that are linked to daily maintenance.
Periodic cleanings that we most often perform are:
- double-sided washing of glass surfaces up to 3 m high
- thorough manual washing of wall surfaces and partitions
- machine cleaning of carpets and rugs by shampooing, deep washing under pressure or deep vacuuming
- machine cleaning of hard floor surfaces (ceramics) – machine cleaning and shampooing
- washing windows over 3 meters high
