The company S.P.E.C. usluge d.o.o. was founded in 2020.

The trading company S.P.E.C. usluge d.o.o. deals with technical maintenance of business premises, cleaning services, and special cleaning services and janitorial services.

Based on the founding act, the company was established as a legal entity whose core business is basic cleaning of buildings.

In 2024, the Company employs 50 workers.

The plan for 2025 to 2030 is to grow from a micro company to a small company employing over 100 workers.

The company has stabilized its business, and in the period from 2020 to 2025, it created the prerequisites for further development in the field of providing cleaning services and technical maintenance of premises, while continuously achieving annual revenue growth of 60%.

The adoption of a quality and environmental management system is a strategic decision of the company, with the aim of improving the overall success and sustainable development of the company.

In accordance with the above, in 2024, the company implemented the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and the ISO 9001:2015 system. environmental management ISO 14001:2015 and has earned a certificate from the renowned accreditation company AFNOR.

Since 2023, we have been expanding the number of our services and opening an Administrative Services Department with which we enter the market and begin to provide services to external clients.

The company’s good financial results are based on accessibility to the client, quick task resolution and project implementation, teamwork, a pleasant working atmosphere, satisfied employees, and flexible working hours.
